You just need a shower with a cold switch, a relaxed place to sit or lay down and a clock/timer to track your retention times. You can go into nature or create an ice bath or ice bucket (for hands/feet). If you don't have a bath, no problem. If you feel the urge you can always ask a friend and do an ice bath together.
