Step 1 - Log into your Deal Guardian account. When signing up and paying with dollars for the course you had to create a DealGuardian account. Your Deal Guardian credentials have been sent after purchase to your e-mail address, containing the order ID number, and login credentials.
Step 2 and 3: Go to my account and click on Support & Helpdesk
Step 4: Submit a ticket
Step 5: Click on the button Buyers
Step 6: Click on the button; Refund, cancellations and change your credit card
Step 7: Submit your ticket requesting a refund for your purchase of the online training.
